How do I choose the correct hockey stick length?

As a general rule, the stick should reach your hip bone when standing upright. For more precise measurements, please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page.

What is your return policy for equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mouthguards and socks cannot be returned once opened.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Hockey Direct ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

Are your hockey sticks covered by a warranty?

All sticks come with a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. This typically covers 6 months from the date of purchase but does not include 'chips' or standard wear and tear from play.
